Trouble accessing Listing Charts, try clearing the browser cache!

Sometimes the browser just gets confused and you get errors when trying to access or use Listing Charts.  Clearing the browser cache usually will clear this up!

Here are some basic instructions on how to clear your browser cache

Try this first!
  1. Try to access Listing Charts with a different browser first to ensure the problem is with your local browser and not with Listing Charts website
  2. On the Listing Charts website click the symbol in the address bar next to the address.  
  3. Navigate until you see a way to Clear cookies and site data
  4. Refresh browser and try site again
  5. If this doesn't work Ensure you are on the latest version of your browser and look below for more detailed instructions for your particular browser



Chrome:

  1. Open Chrome and click the three dots (More menu) in the top-right corner.
    Go to Settings, then Privacy and security, and select Clear browsing data.
    Choose the Time range (e.g., "All time").
    Make sure "Cached images and files" is checked.
    Click "Clear data". 

Safari:

  1. Launch Safari browser on your Mac.
  2. Select Safari -> Settings... in the menu bar.
  3. Click the Privacy tab, then select Manage Website Data....
  4. Pick Listing Charts on the list, then click Remove
  5. Restart Safari and try to access Listing Charts again.
